INDIVIDUAL’S SEX – Amends existing law to define terms and to revise definitions regarding “sex” and “gender.”

Providing a legal definition for male and female and related terms, and providing consistency across state statute.
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local government nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for the state or local government therefore the legislation has no fiscal impact.
