PUBLIC OFFICIALS – Amends existing law to provide an exception for certain public officials for the use of public property or resources while advocating for or against an initiative or referendum.

This proposal will allow legislators to employ public property and resources, such as email and letterhead, when advocating for or against an initiative or referendum in the same ways they advocate for or against any other proposed law.
