Medical consent, pelvic exams
HEALTH – Adds to existing law to prohibit pelvic exams of anesthetized and unconscious patients except under certain circumstances.

Legislation prohibits Pelvic examination of Anesthetized of Unconscious patients. Legislation does provide exceptions for specific occurrences.

There is no fiscal impact resulting from this legislation.
