HOUSE BILL 756
Illegal immigration
ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding the curtailment of illegal immigration.
RS31553 / H0756
The United States has failed in its mandated duties of protecting our country from illegal immigration. Idaho has been directly harmed with the influx of drugs, gangs, and financial burdens. With the failure of the United States Department of Homeland Security along our border, Idaho must act to enforce laws to protect her citizens. Immigration is ultimately under the jurisdiction of the federal government however, Idaho, being a sovereign state, may enact and enforce its own laws.
