Disinternment, who attends
DISINTERMENT – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the disinterment of a body.

RS30150 / S1072

The purpose of this Bill is to allow a family member of a deceased person or of highest authority, as defined under the provisions of section 54-1142, Idaho Code, to designate a third party to witness the disinterment of a deceased person.

This bill does not require any expenditure of public funds at the state or local level because no public services are required.
