Multistate tax compact, pro tem
MULTISTATE TAX COMPACT – Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding appointments to the Multistate Tax Compact Advisory Committee.

To amend Idaho Code § 63-3706, to remove the lieutenant governor as the appointing authority for the Multistate Tax Compact Advisory Committee and to replace the lieutenant governor with the president pro tempore of the senate as the appointing authority for the Multistate Tax Compact Advisory Committee.

The passage of this bill will not create any fiscal impact on the General Fund or any local entity of government because it does not require any public funds to be expended.
