APPROPRIATIONS – Relates to appropriations and transfers for fiscal year 2023 and year-end appropriations and transfers for fiscal year 2024.

This bill addresses several end of session items. 1) It provides cash transfers to various accounts for savings, paying for fires, workforce training, and training for police and correctional officers. 2) It appropriates $15,000,000 to the Workforce Development Council for semiconductor workforce training. and 3) It provides reappropriation or carryover authority for funds appropriated to the Workforce Development Council for semiconductor workforce training.
