FISH AND GAME – Amends existing law to provide that certain persons shall not be eligible to apply for any fishing, hunting, or trapping licenses, tags, or permits.

This legislation amends Idaho Code 36-1402 to make any person with outstanding fines for violations of this title ineligible for any hunting, fishing, or trapping license, tag, or permit.
Enactment of this legislation will have no substantial impact on the General Fund. The only minimal costs involved will result from making the requisite ministerial change to Idaho Code.
