URBAN AGRICULTURE – Adds to existing law to provide legislative findings and to define terms.

This legislation amends Title 22 of Idaho Code by adding a New Chapter to provide legislative findings and to define terms relating to Urban Agriculture.

There is no fiscal impact to the general fund or local governments.
