EDUCATION – Amends and adds to existing law to include instruction for current adoption practices.

If a local school district decides to have a family life and sex education program, this legislation would have them include information on adoption for the well-being of a child.
The cost of information for the program would be included in the curriculum purchased by the local school district, which is included in their budget.
