PRIVATE PROPERTY – Adds to existing law to prohibit entry onto private property by law enforcement and conservation officers unless certain conditions are met.

This legislation will codify the findings of several state supreme courts to protect private property rights and privacy rights of Idaho citizens against unreasonable search and seizure.

This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local government level, nor does it cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government; therefore, it has no fiscal impact.
